This 2000L brewhouse comes as a fully integrated unit including:
Mash Tun
The mash tun is crafted from food-grade stainless steel with rock wool or PU insulation. It includes an agitator with variable speed control, steam or electric heating options, and a precise temperature sensor. Designed for high-efficiency sugar extraction and grain hydration.
Lauter Tun
Engineered with a V-slot false bottom and wort collection ring, the lauter tun ensures smooth lautering with minimal trub carryover. Internal sparging system, adjustable rakes, and automatic spent grain outlet make this vessel ideal for high-capacity operations.
Boil Kettle / Whirlpool Tank
The third vessel combines boiling and whirlpooling functions. It features a tangential inlet for creating a strong vortex to separate hops and trub, and comes with an integrated steam jacket or electric elements depending on your setup.
Control System
A Siemens or Omron PLC touch panel allows for real-time control and batch monitoring. All process parameters, such as mash-in temperature, lauter time, boil duration, and whirlpool speed, can be adjusted via the control interface.
Valves and Pumps
The entire brewhouse includes sanitary stainless steel butterfly valves, frequency-controlled pumps, and an optional CIP system with an acid/alkali loop, ensuring hygiene and longevity.
Frame and Finish
The 2000L brewery frame is fully welded and skid-mounted, with all tanks polished to 0.4–0.6 µm Ra. All pipelines are TIG-welded with argon shielding for long-term durability.
What is the capacity of the system?
The system handles 2000 liters per batch. Depending on your recipe and schedule, multiple batches per day are achievable.
Is it customizable?
Yes, we offer options such as steam or electric heating, glass manways, automatic rakes, hop dosing systems, and more.
Can I install it myself?
While installation is straightforward, we offer remote guidance or dispatch technicians to your site if needed.
What is included in the turnkey solution?
The full package includes brewhouse, fermentation tanks, glycol system, control panel, CIP unit, wort pump, and all valves and piping.
What certifications does it have?
All materials meet CE and food-grade standards. Welding is compliant with European and US sanitary requirements.
How fast can I start brewing after installation?
Most customers are able to start trial brewing within 5–10 days after delivery, assuming utilities are in place.
Does it support recipe automation?
Yes, our PLC system supports custom recipe programming, automatic temperature holds, and manual override for full control.

This system is suitable for:
Microbreweries producing 3,000–10,000 liters of beer weekly
Brewpubs offering house-made ales, lagers, IPAs, and stouts
Contract brewing facilities requiring fast batch turnover
Restaurants and bars integrating beer production on-site
The three-vessel configuration allows for simultaneous processes, such as mashing while lautering or boiling, effectively increasing daily throughput and saving operational time.
Installation requires a space of at least 70 square meters. Utilities needed include:
Power: 380V or 415V, three-phase
Water supply and drainage
Steam generator (if using steam heating)
Glycol chiller system for fermentation tanks
Our team provides full technical documentation, on-site guidance, and layout design based on your space. The system is delivered pre-wired and pre-piped for fast commissioning.
Daily cleaning can be performed using the included CIP system. Stainless steel surfaces resist corrosion and are easy to sanitize. Pumps and valves are easily accessible for maintenance. With proper care, wear components (gaskets, seals, impellers) can last over 5 years, while tanks typically have a service life of over 15 years.
All major vessels are manufactured using SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel. Heat insulation and internal welding are engineered for industrial longevity. The brewhouse is covered under a 5-year tank body warranty and lifetime technical support.
