The 2000L clean-in-place unit is designed for breweries scaling production between 10HL and 50HL. Its high volume supports thorough cleaning of:
Lauter tuns and mash kettles
Cylindroconical fermenters
Horizontal lagering tanks
Bright beer tanks and pressure vessels
Automated keg filling lines
Steam-jacketed brewhouses
Yeast propagation vessels
Made from sanitary SS316L stainless steel, it offers enhanced corrosion resistance and CIP chemical compatibility.
Dual-tank configuration for acid and caustic solutions
High-flow sanitary centrifugal pump with adjustable speed
Insulated vessels with temperature monitoring
Digital PLC system with auto cycle control
Return line filtration unit for chemical reuse
Spray ball manifolds for 360° coverage
Steam or electric heating options (up to 95°C)
The system can be integrated into both new and existing beer production lines, offering flexible inlet/outlet configurations and seamless utility connections.
Q1: Can this CIP unit handle both brewing and packaging equipment?
Yes, it's designed to clean fermenters, brite tanks, filler lines, and even cold crash coils.
Q2: Is the unit compatible with steam heating?
Yes, it can be configured for steam or electric elements depending on your brewery setup.
Q3: How many tanks can be cleaned in one cycle?
Depending on layout, it supports up to 3–5 tanks per loop using a recirculation method.
Q4: Does it require chemical refilling between cycles?
No. The return tank allows chemical recapture and reuse for multiple wash cycles.
Q5: Can this be operated by a single person?
Absolutely. With automated valves and digital presets, minimal supervision is needed.
Whether you operate a 3-vessel brewhouse, a fully-automated craft beer plant, or a hybrid kombucha-fermentation facility, this automated CIP system ensures a fast turnaround between cleaning and the next brewing cycle.
Compatible with:
Double-wall fermenters with glycol jackets
Counter pressure bottle fillers
Carbonation stones and vent lines
Wort cooling equipment
Yeast brinks and recovery tanks
This unit handles everything from high-temperature caustic washes to acid-neutralization cycles and cold rinses, all with programmable logic and automated reporting.
With reinforced welds, anti-vibration legs, and high-grade gaskets, the 2000L CIP unit is made to withstand daily cleaning operations in professional environments. It's a top choice for:
Regional microbreweries with multiple fermentation vessels
Production kombucha plants needing efficient cleaning loops
Distilleries operating both batch and continuous fermenters
Third-party brewing services and contract manufacturers
Thanks to its programmable controller and optional HMI touchscreen interface, the cleaning process becomes data-driven. Preloaded recipes allow operators to clean different vessels without changing hardware. The system features:
Cycle time presets
Chemical level alarms
Thermal sensors for each cleaning loop
Auto drain valves with safety shut-off
Your team can initiate cycles, monitor progress, and verify sanitation status from a single control panel, reducing training requirements and cleaning inconsistencies.
This 2000L system is commonly used to sanitize and maintain:
Cold liquor tanks
Hop infusion vessels
Canning lines and manifold piping
Inline beer filters
Brite tanks in packaging lines
Heat exchanger internals
Serving tanks connected to beer taps
By automating your cleaning, you reduce production downtime and increase batch turnover efficiency.

CIP cleaning system include Iye tank, Hydrogen peroside tank, valves and PLC control cabinet. If tank capacity is small, tank could be fixed in small conveying trolleys. After cleaning with CIP cleaning system, there is no water, no savor, no dirt in all tanks. This system is easy to operate and enjoy high security.
It is devided into 2 types: 2 tanks CIP system and 3 tanks CIP system. The tank capacity could be chosen based on your actual requirement. General speaking, tank capacity: 100L 150L 300L 500L 800L etc....
Brewhouse is various in combinations of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc. Tonsen accepts special design for these variations.
