CIP cleaning system 2000l CIP for brewery tank cleaning.Cip-System is the tank-cleaning device for the rapid automation process. Pre-set system controls the cleaning process from the beginning to the end. It is simple, fast, and cleans thoroughly. 

The CIP System normally including Acid tank, caustia alkaine tank, and hot water tank one for each, the recycling of detergents and adjustment of temperature, and liquid level are preset.

There are two operation type of CIP system, Manual and Automatic.

CIP cleaning system used to clean beer/wine brewing tanks (fermentation tank, mashing tun, lauter tun, ince water tank etc) automatically.

Controlled by PLC system. 

CIP cleaning system include Iye tank, Hydrogen peroside tank, valves and PLC control cabinet. If tank capacity is small, tank could be fixed in small conveying trolleys. After cleaning with CIP cleaning system, there is no water, no savor, no dirt in all tanks. This system is easy to operate and enjoy high security.
 
It is devided into 2 types: 2 tanks CIP system and 3 tanks CIP system. The tank capacity could be chosen based on your actual requirement. General speaking, tank capacity: 100L 150L 300L 500L 800L etc....

*Tonsen Brewhouse System

Brewhouse is various in combinations of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc. Tonsen accepts special design for these variations.

*Tonsen Fermenting system:

according to our standard configuration, the complete beer brewing equipment with 6pcs two batches beer fermentation tanks or with 12 pcs one batch fermentation (based on 12 days fermenting period).
The inside and external of tanks are adopt international standards 304 stainless steel material, mirror polished up to ≤0.8um≤0.6um≤0.2um polishing quality standards, fully meet the PLC automatic cleaning and disinfection of the controlled system requirements. Cone 60° resist compression design, with sample valve, CIP arm, racking arm, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, safety valves and so on.
