2000L Bright beer tank/Serving Tank

Function: Beer maturation / conditioning / serving / filtered beer receiving
The bright tanks are tanks for storing live beer. After the beer is fermented and matured, the yeast and another turbidity in the fermentation broth need to be filtered to make the beer clear and bright. After the fermentation broth is filtered, it is called "bright beer". Let the packaging department bottling into beer finished products. We know that bright beer tank is the last vessel that beer comes in contact with to become a beer that is perfectly matured, clarified and ready to be packaged and served.
Depending on their application , the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or can be located in a cold room.
For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location.
In most breweries, the beer will be filtered after leaving the larger container and sent into bright tanks. If you want to force carbonation of bright beer, the beer can be carbonated in a fermentation tank or storage tank. In this case, the beer should be completely filled with carbonic acid to reach the bright tank.
The 2000L bright beer tank is usually used for beer maturation, secondary fermentation, beer storage, beer filling, addition & mixture of other spices, beer carbonation and beer serving etc.
As a mature brewery, brite beer tank tanks are essential.
Bright beer tanks are often also called serving tanks, clear beer tanks (=CBTs), bright beer tanks (=BBTs), maturation or conditioning tanks.

*Tonsen Fermenting system:

according to our standard configuration, the complete beer brewing equipment with 6pcs two batches beer fermentation tanks or with 12 pcs one batch fermentation (based on 12 days fermenting period).
The inside and external of tanks are adopt international standards 304 stainless steel material, mirror polished up to ≤0.8um≤0.6um≤0.2um polishing quality standards, fully meet the PLC automatic cleaning and disinfection of the controlled system requirements. Cone 60° resist compression design, with sample valve, CIP arm, racking arm, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, safety valves and so on.
